With construction commenced and opening in 2022, the Chermside Health Hub will be a purpose built integrated health and medical building.

Strategically located on the north side of Brisbane within 800m from Prince Charles Hospital and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside. Visually prominent and highly accessible site located at the intersection of key north/south and east/west arterial roads. CHP to develop and build. The building will be designed to qualify for a NABERS or Green Star Rating

Servicing the health care needs of the north, north east and north west suburbs of Brisbane. The Public to Private bed ratio in the immediate region is 2.3, compared to 1.7 (QLD) and 1.8 (Australia).
